The control panel for the Paramount Three Commercial Gas Regular Boiler offers a full text display of the boilers operational status and with a built in weather compensation, summer/winter changeover and time control facilities for heating and hot water makes this a highly flexible and efficient boiler.
The ISR Plus can be used with any existing compatible room thermostats or fully intergrated Building Energy Management System for additional control. The remote status facilities are built into the Paramount Three Commercial Gas Regular Boiler for run and fault signals and the ISR Plus also allows for remote control of the set point temperatures using a 0-10V signal. In addition the Paramount Three Commercial Gas Regular Boiler is compatible with a range of optional potterton controllers for Domestic Hot Water operation , optimisation zone control and modular boiler sequence control.

In a closed central heating system water cannot be compressed so any increase in the volume, created by an increase in temperature, needs to be accomodated. This is done with the use of an expansion vessel, when the water in the system is cold the pre-charge pressure of the system forces a diaphram in the expansion vessel against the tank towards the inlet. As the temperature increases the expanding water volume pushes against the diaphragm creating additional volume for the water to enter the expansion vessel. As the temperature decreases the pre-charge pressure forces the water from the expansion vessel back into the central heating system. This maintains a constant pressure within the central heating system and helps to reduce energy and water consumption.
