The Vokera Linea One Gas Combi Boiler incorporates the latest in advanced heating technology to significantly improve energy efficiency and features a class leading modulation ratio of 10:1. This modulation range means that the Linea One can operate at outputs as low as 3.8Kw to as high as 38Kw and is therefore capable of providing the heating and hot water requirements for a range of property types and sizes from a small one bedroom flat to a large detached house. Also the Linea One features a modulating pump that can reduce electrical consumption by 50%, helping to reduce electricity bills, and prevent temperature fluctuations ensuring a continuous flow of hot water.

Intelligent Pre Heat Memory & Comfort Function

The Linea One Gas Combi Boiler features an intelligent 'Hot Water Memory' function that adapts the boilers pre-heat function to match the user's hot water usage patterns. The user's hot water usage patterns are monitored over one week and after this period the pre-heat function is adapted to match the users lifestyle. Once the pre-heat function is adapted to the users requirements it can better reduce the boilers fuel consumption and eliminate wasteful operations and help to lower fuel bills and carbon emissions.

The Linea One also features a Comfort Function which allows the user to set a fixed outlet temperature for the hot water within a 35°C to 45°C range.
