Filling Loop

Filling Loops are an important component in sealed central heating systems and commonly used with system boilers to introduce water to the central heating system. The Filling Loop is used to connect the mains water supply to the system boiler to initially fill the system with water and to periodically top the system up with water in the event of the dramatic drop in system pressure. The Filling loop in essentially a flexible hose with valves on either end and once the system has been filled should be disconnected.
