You can send us the requirements of your order by fax to 01226 369630 or post them to our head office (please do not include any credit card details on any correspondence), please send us your contact details to obtain payment.
Successful orders will be acknowledged via email. A second email usually with 48 (working) hours will advise an estimated delivery date.

We take payment with order. We accept all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Maestro. Cheques can be posted to our head office. Online payment is secure and safe. We accept online payment via Sagepay, Google Checkout & PayPal.
Delivery of your order will usually be 2-5 working days from receipt of order, however some items may have longer or indeed shorter lead times. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday. If you require further clarification, please
contact us to check availability before ordering. We regret that collection of products is unavailable. There may be more than one delivery to satisfy an order.
We will invariably advise the delivery date before delivery is made. If you would like delivery on a specific date please advise on the online ordering form. We use third party suppliers and carriers for delivery. A signature will always be required. We use only one delivery driver so heavy items will require assistance.
Delivery is £5.99 for all UK (England, Wales & Southern Scotland) orders . Delivery for Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and offshore islands may be subject to a delivery surcharge. Please contact us for details.
