Combi Boiler

A Combi Boiler, or Combination Boiler, is a combined high efficiency heating and hot water boiler in one compact unit. Combi Boilers are able to provide instant hot water along with heating and are ideal for small houses, bungalows and flats with one bathroom. A Combi Boiler System does not require a hot water cylinder or cold water feed tanks in the loft and so saving on space. There are a number of Combi Boiler models that run on different fuel types including Gas, LPG, Oil and Electric in a wide range of heating outputs. 

Most Combi Boilers are also Condensing Combi Boilers capable of caturing latent heat in the flue gases that would be lost by a non-condensing boiler. A Condensing Combi Boiler can be over 90% energy efficient saving households on fuel bills and carbon emissions unlike a non condensing combi boiler that maybe less than 75% efficient.
